Leading all works in conceptualisation and design development for AM at Additive Design.

Experience:

6 years of experience in research & product development in AM for medical, architecture, adventure, sports, and the automotive sectors. Specialising in the integration of DfAM (Design for Additive Manufacturing) methodologies to prepare new parts or optimise existing ones for AM. Created new and bespoke digital design management workflow to parametrically control automation for mass production in AM.

Expertise:

• Algorithmic modelling through visual and code-based programming languages. Implementing generative & evolutionary simulation techniques to optimise results.
• Reverse Engineering: Converting 3D scan mesh data into workable CAD geometry for further part development.
• Digital Workflow Design: Creating bespoke automated design workflows.
